I was once told by a mentor that each day you should reflect on 3 things you could have done better, 3 things you succeeded at and 3 affirmations. Thusly as follows,
1. Wasn't thoughtful to those around me (family and friends) 2. Did not maintain fitness habit (gym) 3. Could've been more proactive in getting things done as they come (goals, TV, chores) 1. I continued a daily learning habit (coding) 2. I put myself in happy situations 3. I learned music!!!! Recognizable playing 1. I am motivated 2. I do not succumb to mediocracy 3. I am a co-founder
